What you share
When you submit a form, Elk Grove Islamic Center collects the name, email, optional phone number, interests, or message you provide. We also record your updates preference, the wording of that choice, and the submission time.
How it is used
The founding organizers use submissions to respond to questions and coordinate founding or volunteer interest. Community updates are optional: the checkbox starts unchecked, and submitting a form does not automatically subscribe you. To withdraw your consent or request correction or deletion, email egic.elkgrove@gmail.com.
Service providers and protection
Vercel hosts the website, Supabase stores submissions, and Resend delivers organizer notifications. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser signals to prevent automated abuse when forms are enabled. A short-lived, hashed network identifier limits repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not stored in our submissions database. Hosting and security providers may process network information in their own logs.
Website analytics
When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics measures aggregate page usage without advertising cookies. Our integration sends only known public page paths, strips query strings, and does not send form values or custom submission events. It respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Access and retention
Submissions are available only to authorized organizers and the services needed to process them. We do not sell your information. Organizers review records periodically and remove information no longer needed for these purposes. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or details about children through these forms.
